Returns

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will be provided in the original payment method (cash on delivery refunds will be arranged via bank transfer or store credit).

Certain products such as personal-use wearables, opened accessories, or items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
