Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be provided in the original payment method (cash on delivery refunds will be arranged via bank transfer or store credit).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain products such as personal-use wearables, opened accessories, or items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery for an exchange or replacement.
